Offers and sales of products featured on superintimo.it (Superintimo), are governed by these Conditions of Sale.

The Terms of Sale may be modified and / or updated by Seller in respect of any regulatory changes.

How to buy on superintimo.it

 

To purchase products on superintimo.it the consumer must first fill out an order form and send it electronically. It is important to fill out the order form in its entirety by following the instructions on the form.

 

Before confirming the consumer summarizes the unit cost of each product, the total cost if buys multiple products selected, the transport costs and the total amount in Euro, including VAT.

 

After confirming the purchase, to complete the transaction, the consumer will receive an e-mail with the date and the total amount of his order.

 

If when order is complete and correct in the form, the contract means improved and Superintimo takes over the order, sends the product (or products) to the address in the order form.

  

If the products on Superintimo are unavailable for a long time, the Seller will notify it within thirty (30) days from the day following the order.

 

In case of unavailability of article, the Seller will refund the amount already paid. The amount will be refund by credit card or on account by bank transfer.

 

We recommend the consumer to check the actual availability of items, following the directions in the product or by contacting the Seller directly.

Similarly it is advisable to check when the order will be shipped and the final price of the product that might be after sending the order different from previous catalog.

 

When order was transmitted by electronic form, the customer unconditionally accepts the Terms of Sales listed here and agree to observe them.

 

Superintimo doesn't sell used products, but only new products.

The characteristics of the products are listed on each tab of each product. However, the images and the colors of the products may not correspond due to electronic monitor used. The consumer is invited to always refer to the written descriptions and, if necessary, to contact Superintimo.

 

Taxes and duties

 

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes or import duties, applied by the receiving country. These are responsibilities of the consumer.

These amounts are determined when the product enters in a country of destination, costs are different from country to country so they are not included at the stage of ordering.

 

Warranty

 

The products offered for sale by Superintimo are equipped with a security seal. This seal should not be removed by product purchased, because it is as an integral part of each article.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will not accept the return of any product without seal, or it has been damaged or altered in its original characteristics.

In special cases, some products will be free of the described security seal. In this case it will be declared in the tab of the product in question. 

 

Return policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied of the order, you can exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

The Right of Withdrawal may be exercised by the consumer without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and within 30 days from receipt of articles ordered on superintimo.it.

Bank transfer

Superintimo accepts payments by bank transfer

Make your bank transfer by using details reported to end order process and specify in the reason for transfer the order number.

We ship you the purchase products as soon as gets confirmation of effected payment.

 

Cash on delivery

This payment is reserved for resident in Italy

 

The purchased products will be delivered on the address indicated by the consumer. Inside the package of each shipment there is the transport document of the goods.

 

In the event that items in the same order are "in stock" and "on reservation", all the items are usually shipped in a single solution, therefore in 15 days, currently scheduled for items on reservation.

 

The Courier delivery will be in charge of the BRT SpA (Bartolini) or DHL for Italy; DPD, FedEx or DHL for other countries.
